Happy Halloween! Whether you're going ghoulish, dressing your ridiculously cute kid up, just in it for the candy, or created most clever costume in the office, there are so many fun ways you can celebrate Halloween.
Here are a few of our favorites:
Chic, metallic gold-painted pumpkin pails:
The freaky Eye sculpture at The Joule Hotel in Dallas:
The Dead Sexy cosmetic tote from TokyoMilk (from our sold out Spring Love collection):
Of course, we think there's no better treat than a Fall VelvetCrate!
Cheers to the Royals on an incredible season! We're cheering ourselves up today with Eleni's Beyond Butterscotch cookies, available in our Fall Love collection.
Although we are lifelong fans of the Royals, we do have some love for San Francisco too. After all, two of our most popular gifts are from the City by the Bay. The bkr water bottles that are included in our Summer collection (Love and Just Because are still available!) and the Studiopatro tea towels in our current Fall collection are just two of the products that we love from SF.
Since October is nearing to a close, it means two things for the VelvetCrate blog: 1. Our Royals posts will be coming to a close for the season, and 2. It's the end of National Cookie Month.
Cheer Up! We have no doubt Kansas City will be playing baseball in October again, and we have plenty of Eleni's still in stock in our Fall collection.
Our Fall collection includes tea towels from the lovely San Francisco-based Studiopatró, including this one from our Celebrate collection. This Piece of Cake tea towel makes such a sweet and eco-chic gift. Know someone with an upcoming birthday? This would be the perfect gift to complement her cake!
If you've ever received a special surprise in the mail on a Monday, you know how much it can totally make your week. Yesterday, we received a lovely hand-written note on the confetti notecards from Sugar Paper LA that we featured in our Spring collection from one of our friends and both VelvetCrate sender and recipient. This thoughtful print was such a game changer for the day. Oh Monday, you're not so bad.
